Visited by Dr. Paola Subacchi, Research Director, International Economics, Chatham House

 On March 24 2010, Dr. Paola Subacchi of the Chatham House (The Royal Institute of International Affairs) visited IIMA and made a presentation on her report "Beyond the Dollar: Rethinking the International Monetary System.” After the presentation, Mr. Yoshihiro Watanabe (Managing Director of IIMA) moderated a free discussion among invited experts for about 90 minutes, covering a wide range of international monetary issues, for example, steps in SDR evolution, IMF reform, currency policy of Japan, internationalization of RMB, currency policy cooperation in Asia, etc.).
